Sonic Receiver for the Upsalquitch River ASF's Paul Brooking carries a sonic receiver together with a cinder block that will anchor it to the bottom of the Upsalquitch River, in the Restigouche River system of northern New Brunswick. The receivers track the movements and survival of smolts moving down toward the ocean.
