Deploying sonic receivers between Labrador and Newfoundland ASF researcher Paul Brooking deploys sonic receivers in early July 2006 to detect migrating Atlantic salmon as the pass through the Strait of Belle Isle, between Labrador and Newfoundland. Strong currents, fog, and heavy winds were dealt with during the season.
